M/s Koushalya Industries was incorporated by three family members namely Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Agarwal and CA. Mahesh Agarwal who were engaged in trading of LPG Stoves across the country since last more than 10 years in different States like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Aasam, Orissa, Bihar, etc. To ensure the best quality to our existing customers on PAN India basis, we have decided to set up a manufacturing unit of LPG Stoves in Delhi and then we have set up a manufacturing unit at I-275, Sector-3, Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi- 110039 with all in house process of manufacturing including Press Shop and Buffing unit. Later on a new private limited company in the name of Koushalya Industries Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2020 at Faridabad (Haryana) with larger space and modern infrastructure.

The firm is engaged in manufacturing of LPG Gas Stove, Glass Cooktops, Hobs, Spark Lighters, Pressure Cooker, Water Purifier (RO), Luggage Trolley, etc. and ISO 9001:2015 certified company & having 4246:2002 BIS/ ISI Certification for its LPG stoves since inception by Bureau of Indian Standards and also certified member of Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) to conserve the energy resources and totally believes in “Conserve energy today to preserve tomorrow”. Our thermal efficiency is 69% as certified by BEE, Ministry of Power against our assurance to our customer for 68.5%+ efficiency.
The firm is also approved vendor of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (Indane), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HP GAS) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (Bharat Gas) to sell its LPG stoves to their gas agencies/ distributors across India. The focus of our firm has been in developing innovative product range under the brand “Surya Chef”; entering into arrangements with distributors; tie-up with suppliers; and recruiting a sales team which gives us a launch pad to take us forward. The firm is also manufacturing the Glass top LPG Stove in 2/3/4 burners in premium ranges under the same brand “Surya Chef”. Our Glass top model is also available in online marketing channel like Amazon, Flipkart & Snapdeal and our customer is fully satisfied with our product at these platforms also.

Our firm has also been part of PRIME MINISTER UJJWALA YOJANA (PMUY) launched by the Central Govt. of India for providing 5 Crore new gas connections to the people below poverty line in the country. This PMUY has created a huge demand for LPG gas stoves which helped our firm to achieve higher growth. The scheme is now being extended to other poor class of the country and name of the scheme is UJJAWALA PLUS, which would offer another 3 crore new connections.
In addition to the above market arrangement, our firm also markets and sells its products in its own brand “Surya Chef” in the domestic and overseas markets. The firm leverage its networks in manufacturing of Range Hoods (Chimneys), Mixer-Grinder, Pressure Cooker, etc. to increase its presence in the Kitchen Appliances Market of our Country.
